Hi Folks! My name is Mathew. I am a recruiter and trainer by profession, living in Bangalore, India. I have hired 100’s of people in the last 20 years and every time, it’s the ones who don’t make it that I feel bad about. Having a degree and not able to find a job can become very difficult for the individual and their families. While it may not be possible to provide everyone with a job, every time, I try to make it a point to give them a direction or feedback about what is missing and what they can do about it. My aim is to build that feeling and temperament amongst all professionals who can do their bit in guiding some fresher or unemployed person into finding a path towards employment and a career. They can become a Mentor. With that aim, I have started hoonr.org and hope to gather support to provide employability or employment to 300,000 unemployed graduates in the next 3 years.
